The wheels are in motion for a new Circus Bella show for this summer, and I’m excited and happy to have been invited back as director again this year. Circus Bella has become a beloved part of summer in San Francisco for many families and children. This year, Bella has been invited to share its magic on a national stage as part of the Smithsonian Folklife Festival.

For its 50th anniversary, the Smithsonian Folklife Festival will celebrate circus! San Francisco’s own Circus Bella will be performing at the festival in Washington D.C. June 29 through July 4 on the National Mall.
